F-WRITER
F-WRITER is used to flash Korean firmware
* onto DS lites in the factories. This program features a UI similar to that of
NTR Aging/Nitro EVA. It comes with the following tests:
EVALUATION MENU:
- SOUND, Plays some simple sound effects and music to test the speakers
- NVRAM, Reads and writes system settings, and displays WiFi board + firmware info
- PMIC, Tests power management chip (controls power and backlight)
TEST PROGRAM:
- IPL2 REWRITE, Flashes and sets up the Korean firmware on the DS lite
- USER INFO SET, Sets the system settings to factory default
EVALUATION MENU:
- NTR CONFIG, Displays the current system settings
- ROM HEADER, Display cartridge header info

- A truncated version of the Korean firmware can be found in the ROM at
nitro: / Ipl2 / link / USG_0611092130. The build is dated
2006/11/09 21:30 (YYYY/MM/DD).
